The WCPHCCA board meets the second Monday of every month from January to October of the training year.  Each members is encouraged to join the meetings and provide input.  Generally the meetings are held at the McDonalds on the corner of I-35 and 3406/Old Settlers in Round Rock at 7pm.
 
Business Meetings
 
The WCPHCCA meets once a month from January to October for fellowship and training.  We meet on the fourth Monday of the month at Grace Lutheran Church located at 708 Bluff Drive West, Round Rock, Texas except in May and August when the meetings are the THIRD Monday of month due to holidays and school beginning.  Our business meeting begins promptly at 6:45pm and is followed by training from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

  Trainings

 

The WCPHCCA offers 20 hours of training per calendar year.  Training sessions are from 7:00 to 9:00. All attendees must sign in before the sessions starts and certificates will be handed out at the end of the session.  WCPHCCA members may attend any and all training sessions free of charge.  There is a $15 charge for non-members for each 2 hour session.  In addition, the WCPHCCA does offer scholarships for members to attend state conferences.

Please keep in mind that you want trainers to be close to the Williamson county area.  It will keep the cost down on gas and hotel prices.
